Behavioral economist with over 20 years experience in Organization Development, Stephanie is an expert in talent and change management. She works with leaders and their teams to develop innovative, pragmatic and enduring solutions to raise organization effectiveness and performance.

Stephanie is currently Managing Director of AK+Partners, a Swiss-based internationally-active management consulting firm which holds the PI Behavioral Assessment™ and PI Cognitive Assessment™ license for Switzerland, and is the owner of CATIL® solutions.

Before leading her own firm, she held a number of challenging human resource roles of increasing responsibility at leading multinational blue chip companies. Stephanie has extensive experience and depth of knowledge in transforming organization’s human capital, coaching leaders to develop high performing teams, raising sales forces capabilities, facilitating alignment of people and strategy for sustainable performance, and accompanying businesses in re-thinking their operating models.

She is a graduate of Haute Etude Commerciale (HEC) of Geneva, and holds a MSc in Industrial relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics. CIPD-accredited and certified in a number of psychometric tools.

Jessica Zoppellari

Senior Consultant

Work and organizational psychologist focused on organisation behaviors and talent development.

Strong analytical and imaginative skills, Jessica is able to easily understand clients’ needs and to develop suitable solutions to raise people’s talent.

Jessica is holding a Master in Work and Organizational Psychology (Neuchâtel, Switzerland). Her thesis was on Effective Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.

As Senior Consultant, Jessica wears many hats. She leads global development projects and assists AK+Partners’ clients in the design and deployment of several bespoke programs. Certified in PI® and CATIL® solutions, she delivers workshops on Emotional Intelligence, Professional Identity and Interviewing techniques. Jessica previously gained experience in assessment methods and training facilitation for a consulting company and HR procedures in a Fortune 500.

Her expertise resides in knowledge transfer and project management, she strives in complex and international environment.

Certified CATIL® and PI-consultant, she speaks French, English, Italian, Polish, and German.

Flavia Koch

As an Associate Consultant, Flavia has a solid foundation in international business management, supported by her Bachelor’s degree from HEG Geneva. Her strengths lie in organizational skills and relationship management, essential attributes in the consulting world.

In addition to her academic achievements, her practical experience includes successfully managing events and projects, ensuring their smooth execution and delivering results that align with organizational objectives.

Professionally, she is proficient in English, French, Italian, and German, facilitating effective communication and collaboration in multicultural and international contexts.

Sabine Robinson

AK + Partners Business Partner – Advantage Business Support Ltd

Advantage Business Support Ltd provides client, workshop and general administrative support to AK + Partners. We have enjoyed working with Stéphanie and the team for over 15 years, first as part of the admin hub under Predictive Advantage SA and then through our own joint venture.

I have a BA in European Studies and hold the Certificate in Professional Marketing from the CIM. I’m a German national who’s lived and worked in the UK for over 30 years.

Before joining Predictive Advantage, I co-ran a translation agency for fifteen years. I then took on responsibility for all things marketing at Predictive Advantage. In addition, I thoroughly enjoyed supporting our group of Consultants with a variety of admin tasks – both in English and in German. In 2023, my friend and colleague, Sarah Wright, and I set up Advantage Business Support – a remote business support service. We love detail, precision and project work – and making the lives of our clients that little bit easier.

George E. Kveton

Partner

Highly strategic, dynamic business builder, with extensive experience in operating and influencing at the C-suite level.

George is a lifelong dealmaker with broad investing, transaction and leadership experience earned internationally.

Before entering the venture capital world, George spent over two decades leading M&A for Fortune 500s. His multi-billion dollar deal sheet is truly global and spans start-ups in Silicon Valley, Israel and China, to large private and public companies. He is tenacious and particularly effective closing deals in complex, highly regulated and tough operating environments where a delicate balance of well-honed negotiation skills, entrepreneurship and pragmatism are required.

George has a proven track record to generate top-line growth by executing acquisitions and business transformations to a high standard, and developing new profit streams resting on companies’ competency footprint. A seasoned executive with former global strategy responsibilities, he also partners with entrepreneurs/ companies to bring stewardship and management depth to their businesses.

George is an active angel investor and a non-executive director on several Boards.

He is a graduate of Queen’s University in Canada, and executive programs at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Harvard Business School.

Degree in Economics and Social Sciences (University of St. Gallen); career with multinational companies in the USA and Europe; Member of the Executive Board with responsibility for Industrial Relations and Human Resources; a management consultant to business leaders and Board members of both medium and large companies since 1981.

Elodie Baerlocher

Prof. Dr. Elodie Baerlocher (Swiss) teaches Psychology for Business, Sociology for Business, Leadership and Career Management at Bachelor’s and Master’s level in several Business schools. She earned her PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Geneva and the University of Lausanne, where she also accomplished a doctoral program in Gender Studies. Her doctoral thesis examined various measures put in place to address discrimination in a professional environment.

Throughout her professional experience, Prof. Dr. Elodie Baerlocher specialized in Human Resources, talent and diversity management. Her expertise also includes the latest techniques in social media and a broad knowledge of HR information systems.

As an active business professional, Prof. Dr. Baerlocher divides her time between teaching, and her activities as a Human Capital consultant and trainer for several companies.

Irène Leiser

Master Coach in Leadership and Communication (ICF Accredited), Master’s in Industrial Psychology (University of Neuchâtel). After six years of experience in Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company, Irène founded her coaching practice in 2005 and applies her expertise to leadership selection and development projects. She supports individuals and groups through change in both French and English.

José A. Montoya

An architect by training, José has been working for more than a decade helping people and organisations achieve their professional and business objectives. He provides specialized support in context analysis and global communication, as well as individual feedback focused on goals and potential. José Antonio brings his extensive international training experience to those professionals who choose to improve their value and contribution to the business by working on their self-awareness as the key to improved levels of performance and a better work-life balance. At the time he joined AK+Partners in 2007, José had a 15 year career as founder, director and CEO of his own architectural practice. Building on his know-how in carrying out projects from sketch to “real” while working in coordination with a wide range of technicians to satisfy the needs of individuals, teams and companies, he is able to combine his business experience with his knowledge of the exclusive selection of management tools offered by AK+Partners (PI Behavioral Assessment™, PI Cognitive Assessment™, CATIL® Solutions so as to provide guidance and perspective as needed in every step of the change process. He has graduated from the Lausanne Polytechnical School (EPFL) and has postgraduate studies in Methodologies of Intervention in Architectural Heritage (UP). André Weber

André Weber is leading Bluebridge Management in Switzerland. He is a co-founder of the company and previously had over 15 years of experience in various Human Resources and People Development functions.

His consulting clients include companies in the aviation industry, production industry, finance, and power generation. André specializes in the areas of HR processes, organizational and management development and assessment.

André used to be Head of Learning & Development for the world’s largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) provider in aviation. He also worked for a major player in the business aviation industry. Before that, he was the Swiss head of Learning & Development for one of the big professional services firms. He managed some key HR projects for a global Swiss bank, and held the position of Chief HR Officer for a Japanese bank before that.

André holds a master degree in Business Administration and Economics of Zurich University, a Master of Advanced Studies in Psychology and completed a postgraduate class at the Center for Creative Leadership. He speaks German, English, and French. He is a certified PI (Predictive Index) consultant, a certified Master Management (MM) consultant, holds a DISC certification and is member of the Swiss Chapter of ASTD (American Society of Training and Development), and member of the CCL (Center for Creative Leadership) alumni network.

Mario Morciano

OWNER OF MORCIANO GLOBAL AG.

A lawyer by profession, Mario Morciano, has many years of experience in the fields of strategy & management consulting as well as coaching and training. Mario is also an expert in the design and implementation of assessment and development centers and potential analyses. With his team he supports companies efficiently and thus contributes to their success.

Mario is the owner of Morciano Global AG and works in the fields of assessment, diagnostics, consulting and training. The company offers qualitative, pragmatic and uncomplicated, as well as innovative consulting services.

Before founding Morciano Global AG, he worked as an auditor and consultant for different companies on a national and international level. Through his many years as a lecturer at technical schools and universities as well as his work as a systemic coach and consultant, Mario has excellent skills in the field of consulting and training. Through his diverse activities he has acquired a profound didactic knowledge in the design and facilitation of workshops and trainings, as well as in the execution of leadership and performance coaching and supervision.

Fredrik Karlström

By being uncompromising in his positivity and with limitless enthusiasm, Fredrik has been winning hearts and minds for local and global clients over 20 years.

Fredo is currently the Master Magician of the Magic Pencil in Lausanne: a creative brand building agency, endlessly passionate about developing big ideas that will make brands stand apart.

Fredo leads customer journeys through meaningful and energetic relationships. He has conceived methods to build bolder brands such as Magicology, a pragmatic and nimble process helping brands differentiate themselves, and AAA Communication Journey, a strategic approach amplifying customer engagement. He has also created a new business model for its agency called HO2, combining Holacracy and Hollywood business models, that enables to truly unlock the entrepreneurial spirit of his team and build collaborative projects based on co-creation.

Prior to joining the Magic Pencil, he has practiced marketing and communications in France, Germany, Austria and then moved to HQ international markets.

Fredo was raised on-the-move across Stockholm, Washington, Paris, Geneva, Buenos Aires, Rome and Lausanne where he graduated in Business Management and Marketing at HEC Lausanne and took part in the Mobilizing People Program at IMD Business School.

Manuel Nyffeler

International business builder and entrepreneur who brings leadership and vision from strategic setting to operational execution. Manuel has broad executive management experience and a two decades long track record in global innovation, turnarounds and international business expansion.

Manuel is currently Executive Vice President International, Managing Director and Board Member of Vivaleas SA, a Geneva based company he co-founded in 2016.

Prior to starting his entrepreneurship ventures, Manuel held growing responsibilities in global blue chips in the Healthcare Technologies and Services, as well as Health related FMCG space.

He led complex large established regional and global units and has built several international businesses from ground up.

Manuel is an experienced leader with a track record in strategic and operational tenures at C-Suite level combined with  grounded entrepreneurship, today helping start-ups to structure and expand their operations.

Manuel holds an MBA from the HEC Genève, is an MSc in Biotechnology from the University of Lausanne and completed several post-graduate certifications at HEC Lausanne and IMD.

Pauline Jamot

I am an experienced professional in international business, human resources and personal development. Graduated with a Master’s degree from an International Business school, I also trained with John Grinder (founder of the Neuro-Linguistic Programmation) and Tony Robbins (international motivational speaker & business strategist). I obtained the following certifications: Master Practitioner in NLP, New Code Practitioner in NLP, International Coach Certification from NLP Academy and certified in assessment tool such as « The Predictive Index ».

Since 2008 I have built a wide range of human resources expertise, first as a Recruitment Specialist at Michael Page in Finance and Financial Services then as an HR Manager in the field of Asset Management; in charge of Recruitment, Coaching, Career Management, Learning & Development activities.

Dolly Penland

Silvia Pardo

Silvia has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, having developed her career in the consulting and consumer goods sectors. She has held senior leadership positions, including Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Director at Sara Lee Group in Spain and Portugal, as well as HR Director for the commercial divisions of Cruz Verde, Marcilla Coffee Systems, and Marcilla Hostelería.

She holds a degree and an MBA in Business Administration from ESADE, with additional postgraduate studies at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business (New York University), Kampala International University (Uganda), and a Master’s in Organizational Development from the GR Institute in Tel Aviv.

Since 2013, Silvia has been a partner at ESPERTA, an elite partner of The Predictive Index in Spain, and a Gold Partner of gradar, the job evaluation engine.
